“Offline.” CAMPAIGN

Myan Plus LLC is a creative brand currently developing Myan Plus Studios, a multi-industry studio space that will shift the creative economy by making industry resources accessible and creative careers attainable. Right now, we are supporting Creatives through the “Offline.” CAMPAIGN while we grow.

The “Offline.” CAMPAIGN is inspiring people to get offline and create.

By submitting your creative project, you will have a chance to be highlighted on our website as Creative of the Month, and receive a cash gift of $500 to invest in your creative pursuit. See the HOW TO ENTER drop-down tab below for details.

1. UPLOAD your creative project by clicking the “OFFLINE FORM ” button and filling out the “Offline.” CAMPAIGN Submission Form. The “UPLOAD” button will open a Dropbox pop-up window for you to submit your entry project.

2. RETURN TO THE FORM and make sure you’ve entered your project’s file name.

3. SUBMIT the form for your entry to be valid.

-The information collected in the “Offline.” CAMPAIGN Submission Form will be used to correspond your form submission with your uploaded project, and to notify you if you are selected as Creative of the Month.-

ENTRY RULES:

-MUST BE 18+ YEARS OF AGE TO ENTER-

Creatives are limited to one entry per month (one selection per year) and may only enter as ONE individual (NO GROUPS).

Every aspect of the entry project must be the original work of the individual entering this contest. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is prohibited.

This contest is open to residents of the United States where acceptable by law.

SUBMISSION:

Open: Submission opens at 12:00am MST on the 1st of each entry month.

Close: Submission closes after 11:59pm MST on the 10th of each entry month.

-SUBMISSIONS RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF THESE TIME FRAMES, FOR ANY REASON, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.-

SELECTION:

Personal Notification: The winning Creative will be informed via the email they entered in their submission form on the 15th of each month.

Acceptance: Winners will have until 11:59pm MST on the 20th of each month to accept their selection. Myan Plus LLC is not responsible for failure to receive notification of selection. Failure to accept selection will result in a different winner being selected.

Announcement: The winner will be announced on our website on the 1st of the following month of the entry period (e.g. if the submission period starts May 1st, the winner will be announced June 1st, and so on).

Permitted Entry Types: video file, audio file, written piece, or image.

Submissions are limited to ONE entry type per entry.

Videos and Audio Files: 1-Minute or less.

Written Entries: one (1) page (8.5 x 11 inches) or less.

Images: one (1) image.

*Myan Plus LLC’s owner, Jenna, will select the winner. Winners are currently chosen based on personal, subjective determination within the objective criteria.*

PRODUCTION: photography, videography, cinematography, animation, claymation, etc.

CULINARY: baking, cooking, brewing, mixology, etc.

RHYTHMIC MOVEMENT: choreography/dance

ART: drawing, painting, sculpting, pottery, fashion design, welding, carpentry, graphic design, etc.

BEAUTY/COSMETICS: makeup looks, hair styles, nail art, tattoo art, etc.

CONTENT CREATION: gaming, podcasting, streaming, vlogging, comedy, lifestyle, etc.

MUSIC: singing, songwriting, producing, instrumentals, composing, etc.

WRITING: poetry, stories, blogs, scripts, etc.

By entering, you agree that you are submitting your own original work and not that of another individual’s (or Artificial Intelligence/AI) or material in which you do not hold the copyright.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Submissions, Individuals and Myan Plus LLC are referred to herein as “Entry” or “Entries”, “Entrant”, and “The Sponsor” respectively.

All Entries must meet the following criteria:

Entries cannot contain any personal identifiable information, such as personal names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.;

Entries that contain or otherwise infringe on any third-party names, trademarks, music, identities, copyrighted or patented material, and/or other material subject to third party rights are prohibited;

Entries that are obscene, offensive, contain any profanities, endorse any form of hate or hate group, particular political agenda, or any language or images communicating messages inconsistent with the positive images to which Myan Plus LLC wishes to associate will be void;

Entries cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, or contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity, or promote any activities that may appear unsafe;

No background artwork should appear in the Entries unless it is the original work of the Entrant. Any work that can be seen in Entries must be created solely by the Entrant or the Entrant must be the sole owner of all copyright interests therein.

The Sponsor reserves the right to void and disqualify any Entry and/or Entrant not satisfying any listed rules, requirements, terms & conditions, or qualifications as determined within The Sponsor’s final sole discretion.

Voidance and/or Disqualification will result in a different winner being selected.
